Symphonic Synthpop

Espiaille (pronounced β€œess-pee-eye-elle”) is a Denver-based symphonic synthpop duo, the collaboration of violinist/vocalist Sarah Hubbard (Flobots, Sigur RΓ³s, Kygo) and drummer/bassist/vocalist Ivan ArmendΓ‘riz (The Ephinjis). Commanding stages as Gwen and Victor with a sound that melds the verve-y buzz of Twenty One Pilots with the cerebral danceability of Magdalena Bay, Espiaille’s command of the organic and electronic has captivated audiences on stages & tours across the United States. Following their 2025 debut EP BYTES, Espiaille has gained rapid momentum, earning a top finalist spot in 93.3 KTCL’s coveted β€œHometown for the Holidays” competition. They kicked off 2026 with a monthlong radio residency on Colorado Public Radio’s Indie 102.3 as a featured Local 303 artist.
